To order your repeat prescription, dial the surgery number 01698 815111 and press option 2. Leave details of your name, Date of Birth, Telephone Number and prescription items needing ordered. Please only order if you have less than 6 days supply. There is no need to stockpile medication or request it early. Please allow 48 hours for prescriptions (72 hours over if requested at the weekend). Many patients phone the surgery early in the morning to arrange appointments for conditions that have arisen overnight. Because of this phone lines may be busy.
You may also register for online ordering of your repeat prescriptions. Please download this REGISTRATION FORM to enrol for online ordering. Please hand this form into reception.
If you have nominated already nominated a local pharmacy, the pharmacy will collect prescriptions from the Practice on a daily basis.
Most local pharmacies now offer delivery services for the aged or infirm. If you are on a repeat prescription you can request these directly from your pharmacy. Please phone your pharmacy if you require any of these services.
