We are able to accept new patients who are residents of North or South Lanarkshire from Uddingston, Bothwell, Viewpark, Tannochside, Birkenshaw and Fallside. The Postcodes for these areas start with G71 5, G71 6, G71 7 or G71 8, and ML4 3 (only the Viewpark side of the Bellziehill roundabout).
Please note some newly built housing estates with the above postcodes fall under Glasgow City Council and we will be unable to register you if your area is covered by NHS Glasgow and not NHS Lanarkshire. Please check which council you pay tax to before applying to register.
If you wish to join the practice please ask at reception for a new patient registration form or click the link below. When your form has been filled in please bring into the surgery along with proof of address and photographic ID. If you are registering a new baby we will need a copy of the birth certificate.
A new registration can take 5-10 working days to process so if you require repeat prescriptions you should ensure you have at least 4 weeks of medication from your current surgery before registering somewhere new.
